“ This was a great experience! I have never been to The Exchange. We had a small team meeting and had a quiet corner. Upon arrival we were greeted. While we were ordering I asked for suggestions or “surprise” me items. When I received my toast with banana and honey and whatever else was on it, I was impressed with the flavor. It was delicious and actually filled me up and I’m not a small guy. My coffee was an iced mocha and it was perfect! The facility was clean and had the best fireplace sitting area. The restrooms were clean and maintained throughout my visit. My only suggestion would be that walking up to the doors may need some scrubbing or at least the black mats, but other than that the location was very clean and maintained. The location is beautiful too. I was impressed and will make the 58 minute drive just because of the service and location! ”
“ This is such a sweet place. My wife and I found this place by happenstance. A hidden gym, and we will drive from Northern Colorado all the way down here to get a coffee and sit on the patio and relax before we head the Castle Rock or do some shopping in the area. The drinks are well made and good, the food is very good and there's lots of different places to sit inside and outside. It's very peaceful place with great views. It's always a treat when we get to come down here. ”
“ Really enjoyed this. Open to public (not just housing community). The only drawback was one of the other customers. I came after a hike and didn't look "nice enough," I guess. A woman told me I didn't belong there and that I should get my legs waxed. I'll still come back but beware snooty customers. ”

The vibe is awesome here: clean and inviting indoor space, shaded outdoor seating, and well maintained landscaping. The staff is awesome. Super friendly and prompt. My only complaint is that the standard drip coffee is too dark. As a 3rd wave coffee comrade, I admit that I’m biased. I’m not opposed to having dark roast as an option, but it would be good to get a quality light or medium roast in the mix. Altogether, still very much worth visiting! I’ll definitely be back. ”

“ Great spot for a modern coffee shop vibes. Food was good and coffee was delicious, we got a breakfast sandwich, avocado toast with egg and a kids PB&J that came with extra goodies. The place was clean with plenty of seating inside and outside plus a little area with books and puzzles for littles. Would visit if in the area again! ”
